Bank of Maldives (BML) has launched a Dollar ATM service in Fuvahmulah City.
The service was inaugurated at a ceremony held yesterday during President Dr Mohamed Muizzu’s visit to the city.
The President officially launched the new ATM.
BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef said he was pleased to introduce the service to Fuvahmulah, noting that it would benefit both individuals and businesses in the city.
“The ATM will make it easier for individuals and businesses in the city to access foreign currency and will contribute to further economic growth in Fuvahmulah,” Shareef said.
BML Chairperson Ahmed Ali Habeeb and other senior officials of the bank also attended the ceremony.
With its nationwide network, BML currently operates 42 branches, 202 self-service banking centres, and 260 ATMs across 20 atolls, in addition to providing advanced online banking services.
