Tree Top Hospital has been appointed as the official medical partner for this year’s Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race, providing medical support for participants throughout the event.
More than 4,500 runners from the Maldives and abroad are expected to take part in the race, which is the only international event in the country listed on the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) World Running Calendar and features a World Athletics certified route.
This year’s race will be held in three sessions: the half marathon at 2:30 am, the 10km race at 5:30 am, and the 5km race at 4:30 pm.
Tree Top Hospital said its involvement forms part of its corporate social responsibility programme, under which it provides medical support for various community and sporting events.
