SIMDI Group and Care Society Maldives renewed their partnership, with them choosing another student for their ongoing "Readiness for Employment" internship.

The program is being run by SIMDI, with the aim of providing practical experience in the employment sector to the students who are studying at the association's Care Development Center. It is also meant to teach them the skills needed for jobs and make them more able for the working field.

This year marks the third edition of the internship.

Care Society student Ahmed Ahil Nadheem got the opportunity to work at SIMDI Tech Service Center in the first year of the program. Fathimath Shifa got the opportunity to work at SIMDI Group's subsidiary ICP the following year.

With the success of these two students, SIMDI stated that Care Development Center student Fathimath Yadhya Rasheed was given the internship opportunity this year.

He also said that students who completed the program have learned many things from the working environment, with them being proud of their achievements as well.

SIMDI is currently working with many organizations in running programs such as this under their corporate social responsibility. Their work contributes towards a progressive and inclusive community.
