In line with Tree Top Hospital's corporate social responsibility, they have announced that they have treated more than 300 patients over the weekend during their health camp at M. Muli Regional Hospital.
Meemu Atoll residents and adjacent resort employees went to the health camp and had consultations with visiting doctors. 8 specialists from Tree Top hospital took part. This includes doctors who specialize in ENT, orthopedics and trauma, nephrology, urology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, and neurosurgery.
Tree Top CEO Adil Moosa stated that the purpose of the camp was to give residents the opportunity to get doctor's consultations while staying at the island. He also highlighted that many patients were treated during the camp.
"This is proof of the sustainable work being carried out by our medical team in providing healthcare services to atoll residents. It gives us joy that we were able to treat 362 patients from Meemu Atoll," said Moosa.
Tree Top Hospital recognized the help that was given by Muli Regional Hospital, the Muli Council, Muli's Women's Development Committee and TMA which facilitated the success of the health camp.
This is the fourth health camp that was held by Tree Top Hospital this year, with the camp being held Dh. Kudahuvadhoo, Th. Veymandhoo and HA. Dhidhdhoo earlier this year. Tree Top's health camps treated 3,800 patients last year.
