BML Islamic conducts Financial Literacy session

BML Islamic has conducted a Financial Literacy session for the students of Maldives National University.

The session was held yesterday at the MNU auditorium. It covered topics ranging from Islamic financing, Islamic banking and developing a culture of saving.

BML has held financial literacy sessions previously as well.

BML Islamic, Maldives' largest Islamic Bank, provides all Islamic banking services, including Islamic accounts, cards and financing services. BML Islamic introduced Islamic overdraft financing, cash financing, hybrid home financing and Islamic debit cards to the Maldives. It is also the only bank in the country that issues Islamic credit cards.

This year marks 10 years of service through BML Islamic. In celebration of their anniversary, the bank has introduced a special promotion where they will be offering free Hajj trips for ten customers.

Existing customers of BML Islamic, as well as new customers who seek financing facilities, have their salaries deposited to the bank, use general investment accounts, or hold an Islamic credit card are eligible for this promotion.
