SIMDI conduct workshop with Electrolux professional

SIMDI Resu conducted a workshop with an Electrolux professional, named "The Future of Sustainable Laundry and Fabric Care." The workshop was aimed at individuals who work in the hospitality industry.

The workshop ran from 29th July 2025 to 30th July 2025, with new laundry technology and eco friendly practices being shared amongst individuals in the resort and hospitality industries.

Mr. Tjin Hok Kho, Lagoon Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region at Electrolux Professional, led the workshop. Mr. Kho has 25 years of experience in the commercial laundry industry.

The workshop showcased modern wet cleaning solutions and energy efficient systems. It also highlighted practical strategies to prioritize sustainability in daily laundry operations without seeing a drop in quality. Attendees also learned how to increase efficiency while decreasing any negative environmental impacts the practices would have.

The workshop is implementing new standards in the resort and hospitality industries by changing the laundry process as a whole.

SIMDI has stated that this workshop conducted alongside an Electrolux professional was part of their close relationship, along with an attempt to introduce new sustainability practices throughout the country.
