MI College offers training for PSM staff

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by state media PSM with MI College, who will be providing training for PSM staff under their Level Up Corporate Training Programme.

In a ceremony held at PSM on Thursday, the MOU was signed by MI College Rector Lamya Abdul Hadi and PSM's Maldives Media Institute Deputy Dean Fathimath Hussain.

Under this, PSM staff will be offered training in three areas. This includes Technology and Proficiency Training which will cover modern digital skills and use of AI in the work environment, a Leadership Management Training to increase capacity of managers, and a Customer Service and Excellence Program which aims to improve standards of service and teach better communication skills.

MI College said that the Level Up programme will contribute towards PSM working to achieve their operational targets.

MI College Rector Lamya Abdul Hadi stated that the program falls within the institutions efforts to build capacity and strengthen skills amongst Maldivians.

MI College's Level Up programme is a premium corporate training brand. It includes open enrollment workshops for individuals and special programmes exclusively designed for companies.
