Ooredoo Nation Inter Resort Esports Tournament has wrapped up successfully.

The first-of-its-kind esports tournament in the country saw 16 teams from 10 resorts compete in two popular games: Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) and PUBG Mobile.

The tournament received an enthusiastic response from resorts, reflecting the growing interest in esports across Maldives.

Organized entirely online, the event was designed to ensure accessibility and allow participants to join from anywhere in the country.

Joali Being won first place in the MLBB category, with Waldorf Astoria Maldives taking second place. Joali Being also secured third place in the same category.

In the PUBG Mobile tournament, Holiday Inn Kandooma Maldives won the top spot, followed by Niyama Private Island Maldives and Summer Island Maldives in second and third place, respectively.

Prizes were awarded to top-performing teams, with first place winners receiving MVR 5,000, second runners-up receiving MVR 3,000, and third runners-up winning MVR 2,000.
