Satlink, an internet service provider operating across Maldives, has launched a new mobile app aimed at improving the customer experience.
The app allows users to pay for services, track data usage, purchase or upgrade boosters, request technical support, and lodge complaints.
According to a Satlink official, the app offers 24-hour customer support and is designed to give users greater control over their internet services.
“We launched this app to enhance customer service and make it easier for users to manage their accounts and access support quickly,” the official said.
The Satlink app is available on both the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store.
Satlink currently provides internet to 84 islands across every atoll except Laamu. The company said it is working to expand services to Laamu and other areas, while also upgrading existing networks to fibre for faster, more reliable connectivity.
Satlink’s service is prepaid, and the company promises high-speed internet at affordable rates. Technicians are based in all islands where the service is available to ensure quality maintenance and support.
Customers can also apply for internet service through Satlink’s official website. The company has been operating since 2009.
