M-Faisaa has launched a service that enables its customers to send money to countries around the world.

Ooredoo teamed up with MoneyGram International to bring this service to fruition, leveraging MoneyGram's established track record in facilitating secure and efficient money transfers worldwide.

The service, launched on M-Faisaa, allows users to send money to bank accounts and mobile wallets. They can also send cash through an agent with MoneyGram for cash withdrawal. However, the option of withdrawal through agents is only available if there are MoneyGram agents in the recipient's country.

Speaking on the occasion, Ooredoo Maldives CEO Khalid Al Hamadi stated that the service, launched on M-Faisaa, is fast and safe for the public, expatriates, businessmen, and Maldivians living abroad. He added that the service will help alleviate the problem of sending money.

The CEO of Ooredoo Maldives emphasized that establishing a partnership with a company like MoneyGram will ensure the best experience in dealing with money using M-Faisaa. He highlighted the company's aim to enhance customer experiences with such partnerships.

MoneyGram is known for its strength in fintech innovation and its close work with customers. It provides financial services with some of the world's most capable companies through its modern platform.

Ooredoo's digital wallet, M-Faisaa, is also accessible through Ooredoo's Super app. M-Faisaa is a payment wallet that utilizes native authentication methods such as Touch ID and Face ID.

The wallet can be used to pay Ooredoo bills, utility bills, various restaurants, cafes, clinics, schools, gym facilities, and shops. Customers can open an M-Faisaa account through the Ooredoo app.
