Tata Housing's 'Luxe Home Fest,' designed to promote two new apartment complexes under construction in Malé, will continue until Saturday.

The fest, currently taking place at Tata Housing's head office in the Maldives, aims to give information about the two luxury apartment complexes, 'LuxaOne' and 'Luxera,' being developed by the company in the city. Special rates have been established for buyers of these apartment complexes, along with a voucher of MVR 25,000 for additional furniture purchases from Rainbow.

The fest is scheduled from 10 am to 6 pm at Tata's head office in Gaakoshi.

A 'mock-up' apartment of the luxury apartments that are built on the land of former Naadhee on Sosun Magu, is now open for public viewing.

Tata has announced that individuals interested in purchasing apartments in Luxera can now avail loans through BML and HDFC, providing them with accessible financing options.

Luxera, being constructed on the former site of Naadhee on Sosun Magu in the city, and LuxaOne, situated at the location of the old Odeon on Majeedhee Magu, are highlighted by the company as apartment buildings offering a multitude of services and the experience of a fully luxurious lifestyle.

LuxaOne comprises one-room studio apartments, three-room apartments, and 3+1 apartments, while Luxera consists of 72 3+1 apartments. Both complexes include parking areas and rooftops, along with various other amenities.

Construction is progressing rapidly, with slab casting currently underway on the eighth floor at Luxera.

The Luxe Home Fest aims to provide comprehensive information about the services and apartments available in these luxurious buildings.

Tata had previously organized the 'Luxe Home Fest' last year, receiving significant positive response from the public.
