Urbanco has launched the "Urban Center," a specialized hub for customer services. This new customer care service center has been inaugurated on the ground floor of Centro Mall in Hulhumalé.

Urbanco's Managing Director, Ahmed Athif, said that the establishment of the Urban Center aims to offer a comprehensive range of services to customers all in one location. He further said that the absence of a dedicated customer area had previously caused challenges for customers, such as making bill payments, seeking information, or applying for bids.

The center features six designated counters for service provision, along with a dedicated meeting area tailored for customers seeking information about Urbanco's products and services.

Athif also said that Urbanco is actively working on the establishment of another customer service center in Hulhumalé 2, which will be located near the Vinares housing flats.

"Customers can obtain information or services from the center when our call center is occupied or in addition to utilizing our online platform," Athif said.

The Urban Center will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays. The center will be staffed by a team of 15 Urbanco employees dedicated to serving customers, according to Urbanco.

Athif said that the center's establishment aims to facilitate convenient access for customers in need of the corporation's services. Furthermore, customers are now able to submit their documents for Urbanco's services in Gulhifalhu or Thilafushi directly at the center.
