Manta Air (ATO) launches its cabin crew initial training initiative.
According to the domestic airline, its cabin crew training initiative aims to create opportunities for youngsters to "kick start a career in aviation industry."
Manta Air reports that the program which will run for a duration of five weeks will commence sometime in July 2022.
Application window for the training initiative is open now while deadline for application submission is June 25.
Interested candidates can send their filled applications to [email protected] before the deadline.
Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be given preference when hiring cabin crews for the airline's fleet.
Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of three C passes and above from GCE O'Level. In addition to this, eligible candidates must be able to swim unaided for at least 50 meters and should have exceptional communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
Manta Air confirms that the cabin crew initial training course will have a fee of MVR14,000 in total and includes training materials, tuition fees, aviation medical, CAA Air Law exam fees and cabin crew license fees.
