Bank of Maldives (BML), on Sunday, announced the appointment of Laura Jamieson as Director of Operations. Laura has over 30 years of experience within retail financial services and in the fields of customer experience management, operations and business transformation.
She has held senior management including the Director of Business Operations at Ivobank Ltd, and Head of Operations and Continuous Improvement at Santander, United Kingdom. Her most recent post was Transformation Programme Director for Anglian Water.
"Laura’s expertise will help us transform and strengthen our operational processes to ensure we meet and improve on the service standards that are expected by our customers", said CEO and Managing Director of BML Tim Sawyer.
