Ooredoo Maldives extends form submission deadline for AGM

Ooredoo Maldives on Wednesday extended the form submission deadline for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), until 2030 hrs on February 29.

In a press release, the telecom giant announced that shareholders can submit their Pre-Registration, Proxy and Proxy Revocation forms at Ooredoo Maldives' office between 0830 to 1630 hrs on working days, or via email to [email protected].

Shareholders can obtain the forms from Ooredoo's office during these allocated times or download them from the company's website at http://www.ooredoo.mv/investors/

All individuals and entities registered as Ooredoo Maldives' shareholders as of 2000 hrs on February 11, 2020, are eligible to attend the AGM. Ooredoo reiterated that each shareholder, present in person or by proxy, will receive a single vote per Agenda Item.

Ooredoo Maldives' AGM 2020 is slated for March 2 at Kurumba Maldives. The company requested all shareholders and proxy holders to be present at the resort's Convention Hall, with their identity card if a local or passport if a foreigner, for registration between 1930 hrs and 2030 hrs prior to entering the AGM venue.

Transport for shareholders and proxy holders will depart from capital Male’, at Jetty number 1, to Kurumba Maldives at 1900 hrs., 1915 hrs., and 1930 hrs.
