Local trading giant SIMDI Group on Thursday launched 'LEVO', the first restaurant to operate under an all-female staff, in reclaimed suburb Hulhumale'.

In addition to the modern aesthetics of the restaurant, 'LEVO' provides consumers with a "unique" fine dining experience, with its in-house baking of speciality bread and freshly made pasta that complement the establishment's multicultural cuisine.

"We care about our food in every way, from where its sourced, the way we prepare and the final presentation", said SIMDI.

The restaurant features specific menus for 'breakfast', 'lunch', 'evening', 'dessert', 'pizza' and 'drinks'.
