Ooredoo launches 5G voice plans with Huawei Mate 20 X 5G

Ooredoo on Wednesday launched the first smartphone device that can support 5G.

The 'Huawei Mate 20 X 5G' is the worlds first smartphone that can support 5G, was launched paired with exclusive Shamel 5G plans.

The device comes with features such as New Leica Triple Camera system with ultra-wide-angle lens, world first Balong 5000 5G chipset, Kirin 980 Chipset, the Huawei M-Pen4 and the Huawei SuperCharge with TÜV Safety certification.

The 40 MP main RGB camera captures details, while the 8 MP camera with telephoto lens will focus on distant shots and the 20 MP camera with Leica Ultra Wide Angle Lens is aimed for the landscape photos and macro shots.

Ooredoo was the first telecom company to make the first international 5G call between Ooredoo Kuwait and Ooredoo Qatar. Ahead of their 5G launching, the company held a special event at Ooredoo headquarters in Kuwait to demonstrate the capacities of their 5G network.
