The ‘Southern Maldives Business Expo’, which focuses on business opportunities in the south of Maldives, is slated for August 1 - 3 at the Equator Village in Gan, Addu Atoll.
Titan Maldives is organising the expo in collaboration with three other companies.
Whilst final preparations for the expo are underway, Titan has commenced the signing process with partners. The company signed an agreement with Gan International Airport on Wednesday.
Marketing and Sales Director of Titan Mohamed Shahid signed on behalf of the company while Operations Manager Ahmed Shafeeg signed on behalf of Gan Airport.
Wave Sound by 3S, an Addu business which was designated as the city hotel partner for this expo, signed the agreement with Titan earlier this week.
According to the Sales and Marketing Director of Titan Zeenath Hassan, the expo will be an important event for major businesses in the south. Southern resorts, guesthouses, airlines, tour operators and other businesses in the industry will participate in the expo.
“This event will be very grand. The international participants will enable southern businesses to get more exposure and investors”.
Zeenath added that international news media will also cover the event.
“Two out of the four international media outlets we negotiated with have confirmed their participation in the event”, she said regarding the first expo held by Titan.
The third place winner of Miss Universe 2003, Sanja Papić, will promote and host the expo.
