In an announcement issued today, MPL said that the project would be conducted under contractor financing policy. The building is designed to be a ten storey corporate office structure.
Deadline for submitting Expressions of Interest is October 10.
The land allocated for the building is 9,580 sqft in size. The building will be equipped with a dedicated floor to hold conferences and events in, a separate floor to house cafe's and restaurants and floors designed for use by businesses.
In addition to this, the eighth and ninth floors are to be set aside for residential use. The rooftop will accommodate a restaurant, the announcement said.
The building will have space for administrative work of MPL, and offices spaces which will be leased out. Six floors are to be assigned for use as offices.
The building will also have a basement and dedicated parking area.
