Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed said that this is being done through assistance from the Qatar Red Crescent.
Qatar Red Crescent has commenced distribution of water today.

As per the latest update, 6000 cases of water have been distributed to those in need at the Al Shifa Hospital and Al Hayat Hospital as of now.
Qatar Red Crescent said that 50,000 cases of water would be distributed to 60,000 people through the aid of Zakat House.
