In launching this service, Ooredoo Maldives CEO Khalid Al-Hamadi responded to queries from customers via the Whatsapp account.
Ooredoo said that they had launched this service to add further convenience in receiving customer support as Whatsapp is a platform widely used in the Maldives. They assured that it is a safe platform to communicate via as it is a verified account.
The service is available around the clock. Customers can seek the service through +960 9611929 on Whatsapp.
The service provides support in relation to products, services, billing, troubleshooting and other issues.
Ooredoo said that it aims to continue strengthening their services through the use of various platforms.
