Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has introduced self service kiosks at their service centers.

These kiosks were placed to ensure customers can use the bank's services independently at service centers. MIB stated that their employees will remain at the service centers and be available to assist customers in navigating the services offered by the kiosks.

These kiosks have been placed in MIB service centers located in the capital city Malé and nearby Hulhumalé.

The bank also assured that efforts are ongoing to introduce kiosk services in atolls across the country as well.

In a bid to expand service offerings and provide an easier banking system for customers, MIB has launched multiple offers and services over the years. Many of the bank's services are also accessible online, allowing customers to access them from any corner of the country.

Moreover, the bank has established service centers at several locations nationwide, with ongoing efforts to expand to additional locations. MIB's remote sales team employees also visit businesses and customers who are unable to personally visit the bank.

MIB's internet banking services can be accessed through their FaisaNet.
