VP Naseem commemorates Saudi Arabia's 89th National Day

Vice President Faisal Naseem on Monday attended the reception held at Kurumba Maldives Resort to celebrate the 89th National Day of Saudi Arabia.

According to the President's Office, Vice President Naseem took part in the celebratory cake-cutting ceremony along with officials from the Embassy of Saudi Arabia. He further took part in an anniversary photo session along with other senior state officials and embassy staff.

The embassy officials also joined the vice president for the viewing of a presentation in celebration of the anniversary, followed by a special dinner.

Diplomatic relations between Maldives and Saudi Arabia was established on March 17, 1981.
