The fish pond is being built to mark the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Centre being built, the Ministry said in the announcement.
Small and medium enterprises are eligible to bid for the project.
Interested parties are asked to register and submit quotations. Applications will be accepted at 11:00 hrs on Sunday, the ministry said.
Those who do not register ahead cannot submit applications.
