Government makes announcements after planning and consultation: President

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu said today that the government makes announcements after proper planning and consultation.

Speaking at a meeting with residents of Muraidhoo during his visit to HA. Atoll islands today, the President said the government always clearly communicates how various initiatives will be prioritized.

"I always work by understanding issues directly from citizens, prioritizing what needs to be prioritized, and bringing solutions to the difficulties faced by the people," the President said.

The President stated that work is currently ongoing to facilitate the implementation of both unstarted and stalled projects in the islands, expressing confidence in achieving these goals.

"Next, you will see projects starting under our approved budget. You will see both stalled projects resuming and new projects beginning. This year and next year, you will see both types of projects progressing," he said.

The President promised to establish basic services and human resources needed by residents of every island.

He assured that educational, health, and sports facilities would be established on all islands.
