The tournament started at the Galolhu National Stadium on February 13 with nine teams participating. The teams were split into two groups, with four teams in Group A, and five in Group B.
Group stage matches concluded yesterday with two Group A matches. In the afternoon match, Eagles won against Green Streets with a 5-0 score, while last night Maziya won 2-1 against Valencia.
With this, Maziya, having won all four of their matches, is ranking top in Group A. Second is Eagles with 9 points. Valencia has 6 points, while Buru Sports Club has 3. Green Streets did not manage to secure a single point.
Group B concluded group stage matches on Saturday. Odi Sports Club won with 4-nil against the most recent runner-up Super United Sports. TC, meanwhile, scored six goals against Victory's single goal.
TC and Odi both hold 7 points through three matches each, but TC ranks top in the group through goal difference. SUS has left the competition with three points while Victory did not win any matches played.
Both semifinal matches will be played tomorrow. In the afternoon, Maziya and Odi will play against each other, followed by TC vs. Eagles tomorrow night.
The final match is scheduled for Friday night.
