Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has introduced the 'Roadha Catcher' challenge for children who hold Bingaa accounts at the bank.
The bank said that the challenge aims to encourage children to participate in friendly competition while fasting and to ensure every day of Ramadan is a productive day filled with good deeds.
To participate in the challenge, customers can log into Bingaa portal. The portal will show daily challenges, which need to be completed and updated. There will be a dashboard showing personal progress for each child.
MIB said that the challenge aims to contribute to physical and social development of children.
Bingaa accounts are accounts introduced by MIB especially designed for children. Three separate accounts can be opened under this: Bingaa Transaction, Bingaa Savings Account and Bingaa Invest.
