The MET Office predicts torrential rain and thunderstorms with wind gusts of 45 miles per hour. Rough seas are expected.
The MET Office has previously said that these adverse weather conditions will persist through Sunday.
While with the ongoing school holidays, many have travelled on holiday to islands, the MET Office cautions to check weather updates before opting to travel.
