He highlighted ongoing initiatives to provide more opportunities for teacher training, improve learning environments, enhance facilities, and support service providers within the sector.
“We will continue to work to the fullest extent to ensure every child, across every island, has equal access to education,” he said.
The President also noted that the government is focused on achieving results that would make parents proud.
He urged teachers and those in the education sector to serve with sincerity and a strong sense of duty.
President Muizzu called on to parents to remain patient and dedicated to providing their children with a solid upbringing rooted in quality education. He also encouraged students to make the most of educational opportunities from an early age.
