Adaalath Party has strongly condemned the insulting remarks of Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) spokesperson Nupur Sharma towards Prophet Muhammad.

The local political party described the BJP spokesperson's remarks as an insult towards the entire Islamic brotherhood.

The party's scholars unanimously agreed that the insulting remarks centered around Prophet Muhammad's marital life were not only misleading, but were made purposefully to incite anger and hatred against the Islamic faith and its believers.

Sharma's remarks heavily demeaned and soiled the image and reputation of Prophet Muhammad, who is not just revered but adored by Muslims and even non-Muslims all over the world.

The party noted that such comments or remarks made towards the Prophet will not be tolerated by the Muslim brotherhood.

Adaalath Party claimed that such propaganda will not be able to tarnish the image and reputation of Prophet Muhammad.

The party stated that the Muslims living in India and across the world will not tolerate such anti-Islamic comments.

Sharma was recently suspended from the party's primary membership for her comments made during a television debate.

In addition to Sharma, BJP's Delhi media operation head Naveen Kumar Jindal was also expelled from the party following his anti-Islamic tweet which had angered many.

"These totally unacceptable remarks have not only deeply hurt the sentiments of the people of Pakistan but of billions of Muslims around the world," a statement from Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs read.
