The Ministry of Education has decided to transfer Hiriya School Principal Rinzy Waheed to Aminiya School and Naazleen Wafir to Kalaafaanu School as principals.

The latest changes affect Hiriya School, Aminiya School, and Kalaafaanu School.
Rinzy, who holds a degree in school management, has been the principal of Hiriya since 2016. Before that, she served as deputy principal, supervisor, and teacher at Iskandhar School. With more than 30 years of experience in the education sector, Rinzy will complete her tenure at Hiriya today and join Aminiya School tomorrow. However, Aminiya has not yet appointed a new principal.
Naazleen was the principal of Kalaafaanu School before taking over at Aminiya. After a decade of service at one of the Maldives’ oldest schools, she will now return to Kalaafaanu School as principal.
With 35 years in the education sector, Naazleen has spent most of her career at Kalaafaanu School, serving as principal from 2009 to 2015. Before that, she worked as deputy principal, supervisor, and teacher.
The position of Kalaafaanu School principal became vacant last month following the retirement of Rahma Abdul Rahman.
