As per the announcement, the updates to the terms and conditions calls for those who do not want the services of mFaisaa to deactivate their accounts by December 15. Those who remain registered will be considered as accepting the new terms and conditions.
To deactivate account, customers can go log in to mFaisaa wallet, go to 'my account', 'manage profile', where they will see an option to 'remove account'. The company advises customers to see if there are any funds in the account before opting to deactivate.
In the instance that any assistance is needed in deactivation, customers are advised to call Ooredoo's 929 helpline.
