Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has announced that its Business Centre, located at the bank’s head office, will remain open every day except Friday and Saturday during the last 10 days of Ramadan.
The bank will operate from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm on all days except March 20, 27, and 29. During those three days, the Business Centre will open from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.
MIB provides all its banking services remotely, allowing customers to open accounts online without visiting a branch since 2023.
Businesses can use MIB’s internet banking for bulk salary transfers, and international transactions via telegraphic transfer (TT) can also be processed easily online. These services will continue to be available at the bank during the three days as well.
As a fully-fledged Islamic bank, MIB has earned public trust in the security of its internet and mobile banking services.
