In the Zone 5 match played last night at Rehendhi Turf, Dharanboodhoo defeated Meemu atoll champion Dhiggaru with a 1-3 score. Man of the Match was awarded to Dharanboodhoo captain Muzdhan Hassan, who scored two goals in last night's match.
In the second match of Zone 5, Dhaalu atoll Champion faced off against Meemu atoll runner up Mulah. The matche ended with a 2-2 tie. Player of the Match was granted to Mohamed Hussain from Mulah.
In Zone 2, Raa atoll champion Inguraidhoo won against Shaviyani atoll runner up Kanditheemu with a 2-5 score, with Inguraidhoo's Ali Hafiz (Haappe') showing exemplary skills.
Also in Zone 2, Noonu atoll champion Miladhoo and Shaviyani atoll champion Milandhoo finished a match with a 2-2 draw. Man of the match was Miladhoo's goal keeper Mohamed Iyan Hassan.
