This time, a 500-square-foot double-decker stand has been erected at the fair to promote the country. The stand has 90 counters of exhibitors and 51 B2B meeting tables.

This year's WTM Fair is dedicated to the nation’s commitment towards sustainable development of tourism in the Maldives. During the fair, a special presentation will be held by Maldives Sirru Fenfushi and Sheraton Maldives Fullmoon Resort and Spa on coral plantation. Participants can have their names on the replica of a coral frame.

The UK has been included as the fourth-highest number of tourist arrivals to the Maldives this year. More than 100 thousand tourists have arrived from the country. This accounts for 7.9 per cent of the total tourist arrivals to the Maldives.
