Highlighting their aim to provide more opportunities for Maldivian gamers to advance in the gaming industry, Dhiraagu has commenced it's Mobile Legend Mini series tournament.
Dhiraagu has launched its Mobile Legend Mini Series, the first in a series of E-Sports tournaments planned for the year. The tournament is targeted at the gaming community in the Maldives, offering various fun activities for their entertainment.
Dhiraagu has announced that the tournament will run until Saturday, January 27. The matches of the tournament will be streamed live on Dhiraagu's YouTube and Facebook pages.
Manager for Brand and Event at Dhiraagu, Naiya Shareef said that the tournament is part of the company's commitment to providing Maldivian gamers with a platform to showcase their talents. Additionally, the tournament aims to promote gaming as a sport and build various gaming communities for different online games and create opportunities for the development of gaming in the Maldives.
Mobile Legends is a popular multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game within the gaming community.
Last year, Dhiraagu had launched the largest E-Sport competition in the Maldives titled “Mobile Legends Conquest 2023” with a prize pool of MVR 100,000. The competition was well received and garnered significant interest from the public.
