Hilton to open fourth property in Maldives before the year ends

Hilton set to open their fourth property in Maldives through Amingiri Holdings before the year is over.

With Hilton Maldives Aminigiri, Hilton's flagship Hilton Hotel & Resorts brand enters the Maldivian market. Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton are some other Hilton brands already in Maldives.

The new Hilton resort is located on Amingiri Island in Male' Atoll. The 109 villa resort is only a 15 minute ride away from Velana International Airport via speedboat.

According to TTG Asia, each villa in the Hilton Maldives Amingiri will come with their own private pool. Other amenities tourists can enjoy at this resort include teens-only play zone, pool, spa, fitness center, a saloon, and a spa. There will be six restaurants and bars in the resort as well.

A six bedroom villa will also be built on this resort, especially aimed towards families planning to spend time with loved ones.

Guy Phillips, senior vice president, development, Asia Australasia, Hilton, said that Maldives remain one of the most sought after markets in the world and their signing with Amingiri Holdings is reflecting of the growth and potential they see in the market
