Ooredoo Nation Maldives Championship Contender Series, Season 2, has come to a successful conclusion.
A large number of gamers participated in the Ooredoo Contender Series tournament, which was well-received and showcased the talent of local players, Ooredoo said.
This year's series featured tournaments for PubG Mobile and EAFC, with intense competition across both games.
Akazaya Esports claimed victory in the PubG Mobile tournament, taking claiming a cash prize of MVR 7,000. E2S TM7 finished as the runner-up, winning MVR 4,000, while OPZ Sports secured third place with MVR 2,000. BLK Esports took fourth place and a prize of MVR 1,000, and GameOver OTF finished fifth, earning MVR 500. Maha from Team AKA was named the tournament’s MVP.
In the EAFC tournament, Mohammed Ziyan Ismail emerged as the winner, receiving a prize of MVR 8,000. Hussain Yaish Shiham took the runner-up prize of MVR 4,500, while Mohamed Raakin placed third with a prize of MVR 2,500.
