The victim in the incident is said to be a 32 year old local who passed away after falling into the sea from Nolhivaram harbor. Reports suggest that the man had a seizure after his fall which resulted in his death.

A 32 year old local man from Haa Dhaalu atoll Nolhivaram, located in northern Maldives has passed away while undergoing treatment after falling into the sea with his motorbike from Nolhivaram harbour.
The police said that the incident was reported at 21:15 hrs yesterday and was undergoing treatment at Nolhivaram Health Centre at the time of his passing.
Reports suggest that the man, a resident of Nolhivaram, fell into the sea and had a seizure which resulted in his death.
Police stated that further investigation into the incident is currently underway.
