Strongest winds recorded yesterday was in Baa atoll Dharavandhoo.
According to the Maldives Meteorological Service (MET), wind speeds reached up to 65 miles per hour between midnight on Thursday and 00:00 hrs last night. This follows a previous high of 55 miles per hour recorded in Dharavandhoo last Wednesday.
