HDC is looking to develop a water sports centre in Hulhumalé Phase 1.
Housing Development Corporation (HDC) today announced that they are seeking a party to develop a dive centre in Hulhumalé Phase 1.
The company said in the announcement that they would prioritise applications which propose a land lease model, but that other EOIs with other models are also welcome.
The EOI is also required to include the equipments, classes, and packages that would be included in the dive centre, HDC said.
Interested candidates are required to send in their expressions of interest (EOI), before 29th August 2024 to [email protected].
If more than one party sends in their EOIs, HDC said they would award the project to the most complete proposal. The evaluation process will factor in the business model, operator's experience as well as CSR, they said.
