World of Tomorrow is set to make a significant impact with its debut event series. In partnership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), this initiative presents a carefully curated selection of masterclasses designed for professionals from various fields in both the public and private sectors.

At its heart of the initiative is Vice President of ICF, Robert Garcia who leads the organization's specialized business unit dedicated to empowering global organizations in developing coaching capabilities and nurturing coaching cultures.

Garcia brings a wealth of experience in areas such as business, human resource management, sales, operations, leadership consulting, and diversity. His global outlook is underscored by well-established business connections in more than 50 countries.

In this masterclass series, Garcia will delve into "The Future Landscape of Coaching in Organizations." The discussion will shed light to the evolving role of coaching in organizations, underscoring the significance of aligning strategic goals with a strong organizational culture.

Attendees can anticipate valuable insights into recognizing coaching's pivotal role in business and talent management. The sessions will also cover understanding how to measure coaching's impact on sustainable results and explore how coaching can stimulate innovation, enhance productivity, and elevate engagement within organizations.

The first installment of the masterclass series will be held from October 23 to 25 at Villa Nautica, where participants will explore the future of leadership, knowledge, innovation, and forward thinking.
