In an announcement yesterday, HDC said that expressions of interest (EOI) can now be submitted by those interested in running commercial outlets or kiosks in the area.
EOIs for commercial outlets can be submitted via email, or in person at the HDC Offices until 14:00 hrs on July 26. Those who wish to run kiosks must submit forms before July 28, they said.
HDC said that both of these projects would be conducted on land lease rights model. However, EOIs can be submitted on other models as well.
In the case that they receive multiple proposals, the project would be granted to whoever submitted the best proposal, HDC said. In evaluating the EOI, the proposed business model, operator's experience and CSR will be taken into consideration.
