Wellness Club has begun a new program - Wellness Flow - which is tailored to relax the mind and release tension from various body part. The gym is offering these classes on a complimentary basis for a month.
The Wellness Club gym which provides distinct exercise classes has launched a new program named 'The Wellness Flow'.
The Club has offered the chance to join the Wellness Flow program on a complimentary basis for a period of one month in order to promote these classes and present a chance to personally experience it as the classes in this program are fairly new.
These programs assists in relaxing the mind and alleviating the tension in various body parts. The Wellness Club stated that the Wellness Flow program was tailored to connect with inner-peace and soothe the mind.
The Club further elaborated that the exercises in this program which are incorporated with special breathing techniques and stretching will activate the parasympathetic nervous system of the body.
This activation would bring a sense of relaxation to the body and reduce anxiety while also improving the quality of sleep. This program helps to promote mental health and and eliminate stress.
Additionally the Wellness Club revealed that this program also shares benefits with the muscular skeletal system as well. The gym explained that the program will assist in releasing the tension built up in muscles as it consists of stretches which targets specific parts of body. Moreover, the program also help improve mobility and posture while also increasing the flexibility of joints and promoting joint health with the help of various movements.
The gym highlighted that this program is suitable for both genders and declared that it welcomes individuals who are just starting out while adding that it aids in further developing the performance of athletes and regular gym attendees as well.
The unisex classes of the Wellness Flow program is held at night from 19:05 hrs to 20:05 hrs on Saturday, Monday and Wednesdays.
The program also offers dedicated classes for women during three different times; 0705 hrs to 0805 hrs in the morning, 1600 hrs to 1700hrs in the evening and 2010 hours and 2110 hours on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays.
No extra equipment is required for the class offered in this program.
