JDS scholarship graduates presented their academic findings and experiences.
A reporting session was held for the graduates who completed 'The Project for Human Resources Development Scholarship' (JDS) offered under the Japanese government's free aid.

The reporting session was attended by members of the JDS Operating Committee, Japanese Ambassador to Maldives, Takeuchi Midori as well as the Secretary of Economic Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Hussain Niyaaz, Minister of State for Higher Education, Labour and Skills Development Dr Abdul Raheem Hasan and JICA Maldives Office Resident Representative Taki Motoo attended the session.
The JDS Scholarship is available for permanent employees of the civil service, independent commissions, courts and institutions related to the courts and legislature.
The scholarship aims to strengthen the human resource for government administration by providing master's degree opportunities to employees of various agencies to enable them to play a leading role in the country's social and economic development plans.
