Police received reports of a fire incident in Meheli Goalhi in Henveiru at 00:34 hrs last night. Five motorcycles parked in the area were burnt beyond use in the incident.
Police Spokesperson Ahmed Shifan said that despite rumours of it having been arson, no evidence has been found to support such claims. He maintains that investigations so far indicate it was an accidental fire.
