Former President of Football Association of Maldives (FAM), Bassam Adeel Jaleel, who is accused of money laundering has handed over the two apartments purchased by misappropriating the association's funds to the police.
The deadline to handover the two penthouses, which were purchased from Amin Avenue in Hulhumale' was yesterday. However, police had extended the deadline to 00:00 hrs last night.
