The flats are expected to be ready for occupancy by mid-2025, with completion estimated by July or August next year, according to Minister Dr Ali Haider Ahmed.

The structural work of 16 out of the 32 towers being developed by Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) in Hulhumale' Phase 2 has been completed.
These 4,000 flats are being built under the "Gedhoruveriyaa Scheme" initiated by the previous administration of former President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.
