What displeased Yameen was President Muizzu stating 'no one will have authority over me': Abdul Raheem

Progressive Party of Maldives/People's National Congress (PPM/PNC) Chairperson Abdul Raheem Abdulla said last night that former President Abdulla Yameen's dissatisfaction with President Dr Mohamed Muizzu stemmed from Muizzu's stating that he would not allow anyone else to hold authority over him.

Speaking at a meeting at the ruling People's National Congress (PNC) hub, Abdul Raheem addressed the accusations and criticisms directed at the government and the PPM/PNC leadership by the People's National Front (PNF) in a series of 'Front Office' (PNF party hub) meetings led by Yameen.
