The first lifestyle resort in the Maldives being developed in the island of Kandima in Dhaalu atoll will be unveiled this year December.
According to local tourism website “maldives”, the resort is a for-all-ages get-away, catering to couples, friends, families and honeymooners.
The resort developed in the 3km long island features the largest pool in the Maldives, measuring 100m in length. Other facilities include tennis courts, art studio, games room, library, marine biology school, spas, gym and yoga studio. Kandima also offers a variety of activities for their guests such as petanque, arts and crafts, Zumba, bicycling, water sports, and diving or snorkelling by the reef.
Furthermore, the island is cited as featuring one of the largest array of F&B outlets in the Maldives with total ten restaurants and bars. The website reports that the cuisine offered at the resort vary from local dishes to Mediteranean, Chinese and Japanese.
In addition, Kandima offers 274 stylish studios and villas with private terraces, from eleven different categories, including 138 Beach & Sky Studios, 6 Family Sky Studios, 30 Beach Villas with Jacuzzi, 20 Beach Pool Villas, 30 Aqua Villas with Jacuzzi and 20 Aqua Pool Villas.
The stylish lifestyle resort promises its guests the “opportunity to experience the Maldives in a new way.”
